All pies are hand made using a dough recipe that's been used in my family for as long as I can remember.  It's flaky, buttery, delicious, and sure to be a hit!  Apple pie can be made year round, but blueberry and peach are subject to the availability of the fruit, and may only be offered in season.

Due to the requirements of the Michigan Cottage Food Law (that I operate under) all pies must be shelf stable, so I am unable to produce pies that utilize a curd, meringue, or chocolate/peanut butter filling for sale due to their refrigeration requirement.
