Hi! I'm Michelle and I love to bake, and to cook, and Food Network is the most watched channel on my television.  I am an entirely self taught baker with a passion for food, and I’m generally incapable of following a new recipe all the way through.  I love to put my own spin on classic treats by experimenting and tweaking recipes in creative ways, although sometimes nothing can beat the classics.

I'm a small town girl who grew up helping my mom and my grandma in the kitchen; baking for holidays, family gatherings, and just because.  There was never a shortage of good eats around my family, or ever for that matter, and as I've gotten older I've begun to experiment with those tried and true recipes as well as discovered new ideas and tricks along the way.

The idea for this business came after years of sending baked goods to work with my husband, to rave reviews, in an effort to avoid eating everything ourselves.  This business allows me to keep my passion for baking alive without completely sacrificing our waistlines...usually to the dismay of my husband.  My husband is the business’s official taste-tester, delivery boy, marketing help, and kitchen gopher.
