OUR STORY

Hi! I'm Michelle, a wife, boy-mom, former designer, mountain biker and lover of the outdoors.  I love to bake, and to cook, and Food Network is the most watched channel on my television.  I am an entirely self taught baker with a passion for food that tastes amazing, and I’m generally incapable of following a new recipe all the way through.  Michelle's Craveable Creations was born in 2015 after years of sending baked goods to work with my husband to rave reviews. 

 

In 2025 my oldest son was diagnosed with celiac disease and I started experimenting in the kitchen again, working tirelessly to transform the recipes that we know and love into gluten free treats that were safe for him and just as delicious as the prior versions.  After months of what seemed like endless recipe testing, a great deal of online shopping and a lot of elbow grease I removed every ounce of gluten from the house and released my new recipes to the world.  They have been met with rave reviews!

It is my belief that everyone deserves access to delicious food, regardless of their dietary intolerances.  I want everyone to enjoy my baked goods, even those that don't need gluten free, and my goal is not just to create delicious gluten free baked goods, but just delicious baked goods.
